Resolved Question: How long does it take to receive Blood Test Results Indio, CA from a DUI Arrest? Attorney necessary?

I had blood drawn in Indio, Ca for a recent DUI arresst. My record is Clean and i believe my blood will show I was at 0.08 or below. Arresting officer said my blood results would take 2 to 3 wks for results. The Attorney I interviewed said it could take 3 to 4 months. My court date is in 2 months. How can i be convicted in court if i don't even have test results? Attorney said we would do a split with blood sample and retest it in a private lab.
